Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how CAPS by CapsulePros processes limited personal and operational data in connection with control-plane access, wallet billing, API usage, and platform security.
1. Information We Process
This may include names, email addresses, tenant identifiers, operator identifiers, API key metadata, authentication and session records, wallet and billing events, usage records, receipts, audit records, and security event logs.
2. Why We Process It
We process this information to provision workspaces, authenticate and authorise users, issue access, support billing, operate wallet funding, maintain audit and usage records, detect misuse, secure the service, and maintain platform continuity.
3. Payment Processing
Payment processing for wallet funding may be carried out through Stripe and related payment infrastructure. CAPS does not intentionally expose or store full card details within the dashboard application codebase.
4. Cookies and Session Data
CAPS may use session-related storage and related browser mechanisms required for authentication state, security, and application operation. These are used for service delivery and control-plane security rather than advertising.
5. Security and Monitoring
CAPS may log authentication attempts, security events, wallet activity, API usage, and operational audit data to protect the service, investigate misuse, support incident response, and maintain billing and governance records.
6. Retention
Operational, billing, and security records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service provision, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, incident investigation, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
7. Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed to trusted infrastructure, hosting, or payment providers where required to operate the service, or where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legitimate interests in service security and integrity.
